Refund policy

At Behtreen, every belt is crafted with precision and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Original packaging and tags are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for return.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images of the issue

  • Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund

All belts go through multi-point inspection, so such cases are rare but will be handled promptly.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective.


4. Exchange Policy

Size-related exchanges (if applicable) must be requested within 7 days.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Clearance or discounted items
