Welcome to Behtreen Leather Enterprises. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Company Overview

Behtreen Leather Enterprises is a manufacturer and supplier of leather goods, including belts and related accessories. All products are manufactured in accordance with our internal quality and production standards.

2. Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately display:

  • Product specifications

  • Material descriptions

  • Colors and finishes

Due to the natural characteristics of leather:

  • Grain variations

  • Minor shade differences

  • Natural marks

are inherent features and shall not be considered defects.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Behtreen Leather Enterprises reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Decline service in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until payment verification and internal approval are completed.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods.

  • For B2B transactions, agreed contractual payment terms shall apply.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in order cancellation or delayed dispatch.

5. Manufacturing & Lead Times (For Bulk Orders)

For custom or bulk production:

  • Lead times will be communicated in writing.

  • Production timelines may vary based on order volume and material availability.

  • Minor production variations within industry tolerance are acceptable.

6. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch from our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Behtreen Leather Enterprises is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance delays, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Claims

All claims for defects or discrepancies must be submitted within:

  • 48 hours for visible damage

  • 7 days for manufacturing defects

Returns are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.

Customized, embossed, or bulk-manufactured goods are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, patterns, manufacturing techniques, branding elements, and materials are the exclusive property of Behtreen Leather Enterprises.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or replication is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Behtreen Leather Enterprises shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Misuse of products

  • Improper storage or handling by the customer

Total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the purchased goods.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
